Restore purchases
Open the game's shop or Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Adverts
Any purchase that removes adverts removes all of them. Change advert consent in the game's Settings, Advert privacy choices. To report an advert, use Report an advert in Settings where shown, or email us.
Lost progress
Progress is saved on the device. It moves to a new iPhone with an iCloud or computer backup, or Quick Start. Deleting the game deletes it.
